Health is much like a garden.
🌱Once you put the garden bed in and plant the seeds, it is not the end but rather the beginning of a beautiful journey.

☀️Everyday to have a beautiful garden you need to tend to it, water it, and make sure it is getting sunshine. It takes time to cultivate good health and it takes mindful maintenance to help it flourish!

🤠 Tending to your mindset, getting good rest, eating well, connecting with loved ones, moving regularly, and having a healthful environment are the tools you need to tend to your garden of health. Some days you will use one tool more than the other. But it is LEARNING how to PROPERLY use those tools that will serve you best in the long run.

Thoughts. Voices. Feelings. Actions. Reality.

To see progression in your health and life you must take into account what is going on within. Take notice the way you speak to yourself or the words you choose to hear from others.

I have heard the saying at one point “thoughts become things” and I believe it to be true.

Holding yourself accountable for speaking kindly to yourself is paramount. Not only for your own health and happiness but because those words, that energy, that #vibe permeates into the world around you. That perception of yourself is your reality and commonly influences your view point of others.

Speak kindly to yourself. Your inner dialogue should be that of a good friend, not an enemy. Speak kindly to others because your words are more powerful than you may think.

The #strongertogether movement is a beautiful concept and harps on the #elevatedelement of #community and #connection . You rise to the standards that you set and the heights you help those around you to reach.
