As a dedicated functional nutritionist, I know that sustaining your energy is crucial, and this recipe is here to support your goals. Our star ingredient, rolled oats, provides a steady source of complex carbohydrates, while natural peanut butter brings in healthy fats and protein. Sweetened with molasses for a unique twist (or honey if you prefer), and studded with dried cranberries, these energy balls strike a perfect balance between sweetness and nutrition. To top it off, we’ve included dark chocolate chips for that irresistible touch of indulgence, all harmonized by a pinch of fine sea salt to enhance the flavors.
