Cumin Paprika Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil Divided
- 8 Chicken Thighs Bone-in, skinless
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Paprika Smoked
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
Instructions

In a large pan, heat the avocado oil over medium high heat.

Prepare the chicken by sprinkling paprika, salt, and cumin over it. Add a drizzle of oil over the thighs and massage in adding more seasoning as desired.

Once hot, place the thighs in the pan and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes each side until the interior meat next to the bone is no longer pink.

Enjoy once cooled or as a part of a prepped meal within 3 days.
