Cumin Paprika Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil Divided
  • 8 Chicken Thighs Bone-in, skinless
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika Smoked
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the avocado oil over medium high heat.

  2. Prepare the chicken by sprinkling paprika, salt, and cumin over it. Add a drizzle of oil over the thighs and massage in adding more seasoning as desired.

  3. Once hot, place the thighs in the pan and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes each side until the interior meat next to the bone is no longer pink.

  4. Enjoy once cooled or as a part of a prepped meal within 3 days.
