- Week 1 and 2 – work with Dr. Davenport:
- Discover a new way of living that is based on research.
- Create your best health management behaviors.
- Weeks 3 and 4 – work with Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist Eleanor Baker:
- Identify areas in your diet that you maybe deficient in and establish ways to improve it.
- Establish nutrition focus areas that your are struggling with.
- For example: a demanding schedule, specific diet, feeding a family, or fueling yourself as an athlete.
- Create a weekly nutrition plan to execute your goals.

About the Experts
Eleanor Baker, MS, RDN, LDN
Eleanor graduated from the University of North Florida with her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has a passion for using whole food nutrition to improve overall health, energy, athletic performance, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Eleanor has worked with a variety of clients from professional football players and division 1 collegiate athletes to busy corporate employees at the PGA Tour, owners of local flagship companies, as well as everyday adults who are working to reach their health goals.
Nutrition is a young science with new information coming out daily. With so much misinformation available on the internet Eleanor strives to cut through the clutter and stay abreast of the latest science and evidence based research in nutrition. She often researches popular new diets and fads as well to validate or dismiss their potential benefits to clients.
Working with Eleanor is upbeat and brings about fun and creativity that creates a delicious and nutritious approach to eating well for vitality. She meets you where you are in your health journey and develops a plan with you that improves your weak points and uses your strengths the pillars of your health plan.
Dr. Tracy Davenport
Tracy graduated from the University of Delaware with her Doctorate in Human Growth and Development. She also has a Masters in Psychology. More importantly, she is a mother, a wife, a daughter, a business owner, and sometimes an athlete which means she understands what it means to live a real life. She understands that we can be pulled in a million different directions, neglecting our own needs in favor of taking care of everyone else.
Tracy will sit down with you and help you discover the parts of your week that get in your way of living your healthiest life and help you to come up with work-arounds. And, based on the latest research, you may even find out that the things you are doing are not so bad, and you just need to relax and take some pressure off. We will work together on YOUR goals and what it means to live YOUR best life.

This package is available for in person consultations (Jacksonville, FL or Centreville, MD), video call or telephone!
One session will take place on each Friday for the month of January for a total of 4 sessions. If Friday is difficult for you to commit to then we will decide on another day that is best for your schedule.
