When it come to tasty dips, you should dig in! .
👉🏼Alternate between chips & veggies to be satisfied and keep your waistline in check.
.
🌞Life is meant to be lived, not deprived. Have the chips... and some crunchy veggies too!
.
💪🏼For athletes, blue tortilla chips are a great source of sodium to help maintain proper fluid balance in your body.
.
Having trouble keeping fluid in your body? Are you having muscle cramps? If so, you should assess your sodium intake. If you eat extremely clean, you might be getting in to little sodium!

If something is holding you back, take a moment to THINK on it. .
👉🏼How big of a deal is that barrier? .
It might be a lot smaller than you think once you are looking at the big picture.🤺

In the winning formula, you can see the most important components of an athlete’s #success IN ODER! That means, along with some TALENT (which you might have and just not know it yet!) you need to stay 🔥MOTIVATED🔥. Find others who are going to push you! Who are your people?? You better tag them below and let them know!
.
🤺You are very likely not going achieve greatness without being disciplined and having a good TRAINING program. .
👉🏼In order to reap ALL the benefits of your program you need to BELIEVE in it (trainability). I cannot tell you how many times I have seen performance suffer from athletes not buying into an excellent training program. Save the ego for competition or you might miss out on the gold .
💡Now that you have the basics down, this is where you start to see the GREAT emerge from the pack. Many athletes are talented and willing to train but being smart and strategic is where the magic happens. ✨
.
👉🏼 The longer you are INJURY FREE, the longer your training sequence is and the stronger you will be. Do all the “little things” to keep your engine tuned up. From working with an athletic trainer to massage, sleep and nutrition.
.
👉🏼 If you have read this far and follow Elevated Nutrition, you are likely aware of how important your nutrition is to your performance. “A good diet will not turn a mediocre athlete into a champion but poor food choices can turn a potential champion into a mediocre athlete.” Is your diet ready to fuel a champion? If not, let’s talk 😉
.
LASTLY, we have supplements . These should be your last priority for improving your performance. While there are many supplements out there that claim to have the winning formula, you should be aware that if it works, it’s probably illegal and if it legal, it probably doesn’t work.
While there are a few exceptions to this rule, everyone’s body can have different reactions to a supplement. Pay extra attention to yourself if you decide to go that route.
.
If you want to be a #champion , follow this simple winning formula. Tempeh! Temp- what?? #tempeh is a nutty, slightly crunchy and delicious way to shake up your #protein sources!
.
Packed with 31 g of #protein per cup, it is an excellent way to maximize your #recovery and build #muscle . .
Did you know that your body can only absorb 25-30 grams of protein in one sitting? Adding a some teriyaki marinated and seared tempeh to a grilled veggie salad is a great way to meet your protein needs!
.
Try some today! You can also find premartinated tempeh at your local grocer in flavors like maple bacon which make for a mean BLT! Add some avocado to that bad boy and sandwich it between @communityloavesjax bread and you’ll have a #instaworthy lunch.

Testimonials

I have learned so much from our one on one meetings and the lunch and learns.  I have taken something from each session and focused on what I need to continue to do to get back to a healthier lifestyle…. This program has been the jump start I needed and I am so grateful to the TOUR and Elle for offering this to our employees.
PGA Tour employee, M.H.
Working with Elle has helped me to improve my nutrition choices. I’ve lost 10 pounds and have seen an improvement with the way my clothes fit. I’ve increased my exercise and have seen an increase in my energy levels and attitude. Yet, the biggest surprise of this program was with my PSA numbers, which are a marker for prostate cancer. Since 2015 my numbers have been steadily going up and for the first time I have seen a reduction in those numbers. The only change in my life that could at…

I definitely feel that between the one-on-one sessions and the Lunch + Learns I am better prepared to meet my health goals. I did lose about five pounds this fall and I am looking forward to keeping that progress rolling forward into the New Year.  I have really enjoyed the Lunch + Learn program. It’s a lovely way to spend an hour in the middle of the work week. The last few were especially fun with the interaction during the knife skills presentation.

What helps me the most is food prepping and knowing what I will eat all day. I have been successful at avoiding temptation because the meals (Elle recommended) for me are delicious and satisfying and since I have them prepared I don’t need to free feed. My laziness about cooking created bad habits. Now that I am more thoughtful about the entire process from shopping to cooking to prep and eating I don’t feel the need to eat just anything. I’m just glad Andrea recommended (Elle) to me. (She…

“Thank you so very much for your time, patience, and lessons.  I really did learn a lot about what foods to eat, and why.  Which in turned helped me pay attention to what I was eating, and when.  I know I wasn’t a very good pupil, with everything I have going on in the outside world, I just didn’t stay organized..   I look forward to having some sessions with you in the future, in the summer program here at work, or just directly with your company…”

Jennifer is subscribed to the meal plan services from Elle. She has noted that her young son has been a picky eater in the past. Here is her feedback on the meal plan: “(my son) ate a whole muffin with milk and said it was delicious! Husband said dinner knocked it out of the park as well.” She has also healthfully lost two pounds in her first week of her meal plan!

Thank you Elle, you’re an awesome person and are making this whole process enjoyable where I feared it’d  be a chore
