Be Mind-FULL
As the drink flows and the food makes it’s way out of the kitchen, keep our holiday tips in mind! Check in with your self, stop mid-way through your meal to gage your fullness. Put down your fork down in between bites, stop when you are 80% full. This will help prevent overeating and keep your waistline in check this season.
Set Realistic Goals
Have a simple goal to maintaining your weight as opposed to fighting against all odds to lose weight during the season is a good one as well. You will be inclined to drink and eat a little more than usual. Stay on track with your goals and don’t beat yourself up for not achieving high ones. Keep it simple. Maintain through the holidays, then get after it again like we know you will come the new year!
