This was a great breakfast find! Loaded up with veggies on top of a handmade corn tortilla. You could taste the love in every bite.

Plus @ritualcoffee on the side to make it a purely blissful morning.

This was an ideal snag for a balance of healthy fats, protein and fiber from the veggies. I was slotted to walk 6-10 miles on the golf course that day @safewayopen so I wanted some sustainable fuel.

For a #golfer , an ideal breakfast could easily include this breakfast taco with a smoothie on the side (also available at the oxbow market) for additional carbohydrates to keep their energy levels up. Golf takes a lot of mental focus and endurance. Ensuring adequate fuel and hydration (especially with 25% humidity!) is essential to allow for optimal play on the course.
