Holy cow. I am so impressed by what this company is doing! Such an amazing effort for high quality and well thought through herbs and spices. 

Walking through the front doors of the company building I am greeted by the mouth watering smell of spices hidden away inside the rooms.

Each step of the process is done by hand in highly sanitary conditions. It was such a pleasure to meet all the employees behind the scenes with many smiling faces.

One of the first things I see change in my clients One of the first things I see change in my clients is their #skin . There is a noticeable shift from dry, dull skin and puffy or dark circles under the eyes to a warm glow from within, softer, more supple skin and their eyes are bright!

It’s SO WILD watching these changes happen right before my eyes and theirs. After years of consulting with clients I can see the shifts in their body as they clean up what they eat or if they fall of the band wagon.

👩🏼‍🍳Patricia has gone from rarely cooking to being “Chef Patricia” as we have dubbed her! Cooking up some of the amazing meals from the IBP meal plans for her and her family. 

🌿 Not only has she earned her chef title, she is now tackling her morning routine. Before mornings have felt hectic and her girls were more moody as they all started the day.

👀👀Want more energy? Less brain fog? Improved 👀👀Want more energy? Less brain fog? Improved sleep? And a sexy waistline?

If I could bottle up the solutions to that and sell it in a pill I’d be a millionaire and would travel in a private jet instead of a van lol.👸🏼

BUT when it comes down to it, if you look at the research, I mean REALLY look at it.... 👀 
scientists and dietitians are in agreement that WE as a NATION and INDIVIDUALS NEED to eat more fruits and vegetables.

Currently 75% of Americans have low fruit and vegetable intakes. Those with the LOWEST healthy eating index score are between the ages of 8-30. (That’s us millennials!)

So what do we do??

👉🏼Keep it simple and everyday:
🍍eat 2 cups of fruits (i.e. apple or cup of berries)
🥬and 3+ servings of veggies (i.e. 1 cup cooked or raw OR 2 cups leafy greens)

☝🏽A great way to hit these goals is to include fruit with breakfast and as a snack. Then have a veggie soup or salad with lunch and half you plate from vegetables (I love roasted or grilled!) at dinner.
